Qual o tempo de validade que vc colocou em seu dhcp-server ?? se foi menor do que 3 dias aumenta para 3 dias e o ssh entre o mikrotik e o mk-auth esta funcionando ?? pq se vc cadastrar o ip, ramal e mac do cliente no sistema ele envia um comando para o mikrotik para transformar o registro no dhcp-server leases de dinamic para static e assim o cliente sempre irar receber o mesmo ip.
