Ajuda com PCC

Srs Gostaria da ajuda de vcs para montar aqui o PCC, o meu caso e o seqquinte:

Link embratel 189.xxx.xxx.161 - 2mbs

Modem Roteado Velox 192.168.1.254 - 1mbs

Rede Clientes: 192.168.2.0/24
Vi o tutorial do Pedro mais aqui so ta puxando de 1 link.1 explicar deixar o mikrotik fazer a conexão ppoe com o modem nao da pois o mesmo não esta instalado aqui, por questões de fiscalização, então eu instalei em outro local e estou recebendo via nanostation.
Nesse tutorial fiquei com duvidas:

LAN: 10.0.0.0/27

ISP1: 192.168.0.0/27

ISP2: 192.168.3.0/24

No caso essa interface LAN seria a dos meus clientes 192.168.2.0/24 ?

porque usar mascaras diferentes tipo 27, posso usar normalmente mascara 24?

Tipo link velox 192.168.1.0/24

Link Embratel 189.xxx.xxx.xxx/28 (aqui so tenho 16ips)

Minha rede local(clientes) 192.168.2.0/24
